The 2024 Legislative Summit will be held at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, March 17 – 20, 2024.
Every member wishing to attend must register.

Contact the Hyatt Regency Crystal City to book your hotel room and mention that you are attending the United Postmasters and Managers of America Meeting. UPMA rates are available until February 23, 2024 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Room Rate: $209/night for king rooms. Double rooms are sold out.
Reservation cancellations received by the Hyatt Regency Crystal City on or before February 23, 2024 will receive a full refund. After February 23, 2024 no refunds are available.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Reagan National Airport / Metro Station daily. The shuttle departs the hotel every 20 minutes, beginning at 4:20 am with the last departure at 12:40am.
